I am Cengiz Akbal. I was born on 06-10-1998 in Sakarya/Taraklı. I did my high school education at the Taraklı Multi-Program Anatolian High School. Before I started my university education, I worked as a waitress for about six months where I gained a lot of experience in the field I had studied in high school.
I decided to undertake a university education in my field to develop the professional skills I acquired during my high school education to a higher degree. I graduated from the Cookery Programme of the Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Services at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University.
After I finished the programme, I settled in Istanbul. For three years now I have been running our family business in the spice industry. In this sector, I have had the opportunity to put into practice the professional skills I gained during my high school and university education.
Spices, which are indispensable in the kitchen and which increase the taste of every dish when used, have an important place in the food sector. My goal is to achieve the highest level of success in my industry.
