Last summer, I had my first Erasmus+ experience in Malta with some of my classmates from ENAC Puglia. We didn't speak English well and some of us didn't have much work experience but, despite this, we were curious and couldn't wait to begin our adventure.
When we arrived, we visited some of the most beautiful places in Malta with our tutor during the first few free days. After that, our internship as pizza chefs and pastry chefs began.
Through the internship, we met people with whom we created wonderful relationships: they became our "teachers", even if for a brief time. It was interesting to see and understand the differences between our culture and theirs.
This experience has contributed to our professional growth and has taught us to be more confident and less fearful and to handle difficulties. We are very happy and grateful to have been part of this adventure and we can't wait to throw ourselves into another experience of this kind.
