- The future of VET
Continuing a 270-year tradition of education in Santana, Romania, Stefan Hell Technological High School promotes equal opportunities, diversity and European identity, implementing 2021-1-RO01-KA121-VET-000005156 (Erasmus+).
Our Erasmus+ project, with the title ‘PRACTICE AND SUCCEED!’, aims at the development of specific skills demanded by the European labour market and the motivation of disadvantaged young people.
The students are trained to face the challenges and changes of the labour market in an intercultural environment. At the same time, our organisation promotes environmentally sustainable and responsible behaviour among Erasmus+ participants.
In this context, we organised a debate during European Vocational Skills Week 2022 to identify solutions for the green transition. The debate was hosted by M.E.P. EUROPROJECTS GRANADA.
VET students participating in short-term mobility for VET learners, together with staff representing host companies for education and training in Granada, Spain, found solutions for responsible student behaviour at school, at home, in the workplace and in the community.
