As a founding Director of Bright Futures LBG, I am proud to be working with an amazing team of people to launch two programmes in 2019 that will go some way in bridging the gap between what the education system produces and what industry needs.
Our two programmes: Bright Minds and The Young Professionals Programme are both targeted at 16 to 21-year-olds and will provide delegates with the much needed skills to (a) establish a successful business and (b) to enter the world of work with the softer skills and Emotional Intelligence understanding to win.
I would be delighted to share this story with others that may be interested in using the same modelling in their home countries.
