The figure of the company tutor is key in the model of training in alternation, not only will be the person who establishes the learning plan for the student, ensuring the correlation between the learning results established in the training program and the tasks of the position where the student will learn in the workplace, it must also be a reference in behavior to guide the student in the process of training in a comprehensive manner, as a professional and as an adult and responsible person. The tutor must be a model to follow and transmit the values of the company and ethics at work. The period of time that we dedicate to the student's learning must also contribute to the achievement of not only technical competences, being necessary that the student gets used to the responsibility, the commitment, the taste for the work well done, to be responsible, the companionship, etc. To do this, the tutor must act as a mentor who transfers to the student the values of the company in which he works. The tutor must give positive and constructive feedback to the trainee. It is very important to hold regular meetings with the student to check the progress, the difficulties that may arise
