I describe myself as a girl who loves to travel, experience other cultures, loves to talk to new people.
I am a girl with big dreams.
I was a 3rd year nursing student when I heard about the mobility program for the first time. I knew in an instant that I want to be a part of this experience. The time from writing my first introduction letter to being on the plane to my destination in Sligo, Ireland.
People in nursing home in Sligo were truly understanding and after a few days I felt like I belonged there, I also made some friends. On weekends we could experience the real charm of Ireland and that is the nature. I loved the field trips. It made me understand the country more, it makes it more diverse. I will never forget this experience, the people I met, the things I saw. It will always stay with me. I want to encourage you to take this opportunity and go and explore the world. The world won’t stay still, we all get older and before we know it we look back on those times and regret the things we didn’t do. I know it’s scary to go and be in a different country where they don’t speak your mother language but it’s worth every minute!
