I still want to improve, learn and discover new things

Since I was a kid, I had a positive attitude toward art. As a little boy, I always drew cars. When the time came to decide what to study, I knew I had to continue to study art. The Vocational Art School (VAS) in Košice, Slovakia was the right choice for me. I studied graphic and 3D design. I learned the basics of graphic and 3D design, as well as product design. With the help of my teachers, I have acquired the basic skills in many fields, such as in 3D modelling. During my studies, I learned the basics of three disciplines, and I could choose which one is the closest to me. In my third year, I participated in Erasmus+ mobility in Budapest. During my stay, I used my knowledge and skills in the company where we worked. In my fourth year, I designed and won the design for the World Cup of Alpine Skiing trophy in Jasná, Slovakia. It was a good sign for me that what I am doing is good and I should continue to do so. A year later, a three-meter sculpture from my design of a trophy was created, which stands in the main square in Jasná. In 2016, I won the St. Gorazde’s award for talented students from the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic.

After graduating from VAS in Kosice, I continued my studies at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design in Budapest in the field of Industrial and Product Design. During my studies, I gained new skills and knowledge. It was a dream come true for me that I worked and consulted with the major designers of multinational companies like Medion, Volkswagen, and Mercedes-Benz. This year I received my bachelor’s degree, and officially became an industrial and product designer. I'm going to do a master's degree. I still want to improve, learn and discover new things in design.
