My experience Erasmus

My name is Bérénice and I managed to get a place in the BTS in Negotiation and Digitization of Customer Relations thanks to the program in which I participated in Spain (Caspe). I was at MODO MODA, a branded clothing store managed by Belinda and Jose. I was able to communicate in another language with customers when I welcomed, advised and cashed in. It was a life-changing experience that helped me find my voice for the rest of my studies. Not only did I learn new practices and cultures that were not known in France, but I also evolved as a professional and as a person. Erasmus is the greatest opportunity I have ever had and I would definitely participate again.
