I graduated from petroleum and mining engineering in 2019. Before joining engineering, I studied in technical and vocational education school for five years and I was suffering from a lack of opportunities for self-learning and self-development, I did not find anyone to guide me to those opportunities available. After joining the College of Engineering I decided to start a training program aimed at teaching technical and vocational education students to engange in self-learning skills via the Internet. After a survey, about 100 students showed that 90% of the students do not know the self-learning platforms and online learning in general, and I provided this training to about 120 students, which led To a great development in their skills and personalities.
