In the textile workshop established in Hamidiye Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in ERZURUM, both students will be trained and women will be trained in the courses to be organized. It received support from the Northeast Anatolian Development Agency (KUDAKA).
Within the scope of the project, which was prepared to eliminate the lack of qualified employees in the factories and workshops in the textile city established in Erzurum, an idle building was renovated and a workshop was established by placing more than 40 modern textile machinery and equipment.
In the first stage trainings held in the workshops, 100 women successfully passed the course they attended and were employed in the textile industry.

ERZURUM'daki Hamidiye Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi'nde kurulan tekstil atölyesinde hem öğrenciler eğitilecek hem de düzenlenecek kurslarla yetiştirilecek kadınlar tekstil sektöründe iş sahibi olacak.
Yakutiye ilçesindeki Hamidiye Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi, 'Erzurum'da Tekstil Doğuyor Hamidiye İstihdamla Buluşturuyor' projesine, Kuzeydoğu Anadolu Kalkınma Ajansı'ndan (KUDAKA) destek aldı.
Erzurum'da kurulan tekstilkentteki fabrika ve atölyelerin nitelikli çalışan eksikliğini gidermek amacıyla hazırlanan proje kapsamında, atıl durumdaki bir binanın tadilatı yapılarak 40'tan fazla modern tekstil makine ve ekipmanları yerleştirilerek atölye kuruldu.
Atölyelerde düzenlenen ilk etap eğitimlerde 100 kadın katıldıkları kursu başarıyla geçerek tekstil sektöründe istihdam edildi.
