We started our “Cake Club” program on 18th of January, in face-to-face form. The participants of the program (young students, adults and teachers from other VET programs, e.g. chefs, touristic technicians) get to know the pastry cook trade.
Every time they use another process of the cooking. The number of the club is 10-12 person in one time, but the participants are changed, so the total number of the participant is approx. 100 person.

Sütiklub a Siófoki SZC Krúdy Gyula Technikum és Gimnáziumban
Idén január 18-án tartottuk az első sütiklub foglalkozásunkat, most már jelenléti formában. Felnőtt és gyermek tanulóinknak lehetősége van megismerkedni tematikus bontásban a süteménykészítés rejtelmeivel.
A klubfoglalkozásokon középiskolás, felnőtt tanulóink és tanáraink is részt vehetnek. A foglalkozások célja, hogy ne csak a cukrászok, de a más területen (szakácsok, turisztikai technikusok) tanuló fiatalok és felnőttek is megismerkedjenek a szakma szépségeivel. Egy-egy foglalkozáson 10-12 fő vesz részt.
A foglalkozások segítik a második szakma választását, illetve a honlapunkon és a közösségi médiafelületünkön keresztül népszerűsítik a cukrász szakmát.
