In this context, it is IMPORTANT FOR AUTOMOTIVE DEPARTMENT STUDENTS TO LEARN THE DEVELOPMENT STAGES OF INSTITUTIONAL BUSINESSES IN THE AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE INDUSTRY, AND TO MODEL THE EXPERIENCES of the entrepreneurs in the automotive industry FOR THEIR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
In this respect, career days are an important tool that supports the entrepreneurship and professional development of students. In addition, career days provide important intermediation services for entrepreneurs who share experience to get to know the new generation and to evaluate the human resources they need for their businesses.
