The purpose of the video interviews and the final audiovisual product is to share and enhance the experiences of successful training paths and job placement that occurred at the end of various training courses promoted and supported by the Italian Labor Union (UIL); with the aim that they can become reproducible paths, and that they can attract and create new professional success stories.
