We intend to reveal how the training entities are adapting and shaping the training offers to the new work context and the new skills requirements.

36 training entities for young people and adults are present in this exhibition, which were supported by HC OP - Human Capital Operational Program, through the European Social Fund, in the areas of initial training of young people and lifelong learning.
There are also 7 projects financed in the area of quality and innovation in the education and training system.

É uma mostra virtual, onde está bem patente o conceito do certame: as transições verde e digital em curso.
Pretendemos revelar como estão as entidades formadoras a adaptar-se e a moldar a oferta formativa ao novo contexto laboral e aos novos requisitos de competências.
No átrio da mostra pode aceder diretamente à exposição, ao auditório.
Estão presentes nesta exposição 36 entidades formadoras de jovens e adultos, que foram apoiados pelo POCH, através do Fundo Social Europeu, nas áreas da formação inicial de jovens e aprendizagem ao longo da vida.
Há também 7 projetos financiados na área da qualidade e inovação do sistema de educação e formação.
