Food And Beverage Department Exhibition

İt is an exhibition including the traditional food of Turkey, which were cooked by our own students. there were the food of Southern Anatolian Region .

It was aimed to introduced these cuisine to everyone. the names of the some foods are from Gaziantep Baklava,dilber dudağı,kuru dolma,sarma,alacaçorbası, Adıyaman( çiğköfte) Malatya( içliköfte), Siirt ( Senbüsek)
