During this online workshop from the GHLOBO learning network energy transition, we jointly draw conclusions from the needs analysis and take the first steps towards a concrete action plan for strengthening competences through learning environments on the boundary of education and installation/mobility sectors in energy transition.
After an extensive stakeholder survey with companies, educational providers and sector organisations, as well as peer learning visits to inspiring learning environments, we deem the time right to present our preliminary conclusions and concrete actions to you – the learning network – and a few experts from research, education, the sector and policy.

Tijdens deze online workshop vanuit het GHLOBO lerend netwerk energietransitie trekken we samen conclusies uit de behoefteanalyse én zetten we van hieruit eerste stappennaar een concreet actieplan met oog op het versterken van competenties via leeromgevingen op de grens van onderwijs en installatie-/mobiliteitstechniek in energietransitie.
Na een uitgebreide stakeholderbevraging bij ondernemingen, onderwijsverstrekkers en sectororganisaties, alsook peer learning bezoeken aan inspirerende leeromgevingen, achten we de tijd rijp om onze voorlopige conclusies en aanzet tot concrete acties voor te leggen aan jullie – het lerend netwerk – en enkele experten.
