With the transformation of Industry 4.0, the need for personnel with high technical knowledge, who can understand machine and computer language, and who can solve problems has increased considerably.
As a result, while new employment areas are created, the risk of being unemployed increases day by day for those who cannot keep up with this transformation.
The number of enterprises producing with robotic arm technology in our region is increasing day by day. Our young people who do not receive the necessary education cannot be employed in enterprises.
We organize an open door event during the European Vocational Skills Week on May 16-20, in order to spread this practice in our school to our region.

Endüstri 4.0 'ın Mesleki Eğitime Katkısı
Endüstri 4.0 dönüşümü ile birlikte teknik bilgisi yüksek, makine ve bilgisayar dilinden anlayabilen, sorun çözebilen elaman ihtiyacı oldukça artmıştır.
Bunun sonucu olarak bir taraftan yeni istihdam alanları oluşurken diğer taraftan bu dönüşüme ayak uyduramayanlar için işsiz kalma riski de günden güne artmaktadır. Bölgemizde robotik kol teknolojisi ile üretim yapan işletme sayısı gün gün artmaktadır.
Gerekli eğitimi alamayan gençlerimiz, işletmelerde istihdam edilememektedir. Okulumuz Elektrik-Elektronik Teknolojileri alanı mevcut atölyelerini, Endüstri 4.0 atölyesine çevirerek okulumuz öğrenme ortamlarını güncel teknolojiye uyumlu hale getirilmesi sağlanmıştır.
Okulumuzdaki bu uygulamayı bölgemize yaygınlaştırmak amacıyla 16- 20 Mayıs Avrupa Mesleki Beceriler Haftasında açık kapı etkinliği düzenliyoruz.
