Introducing the chef profession: Gastronomy from a Turkish point of view

During the program, our exchange student will give an interactive lecture to students studying in the field of hospitality, where she will present the peculiarities of Turkish gastronomy, its characteristic ingredients, spices and the technologies used.

We will also invite the leader of one of the fast food restaurants in the city to the event and the ensuing conversation, who already employs several students graduated in our school.

The students will have the opportunity to talk freely with a young person of their age on the topic. They can gain insight into a foreign culture and practice English.

They can also talk to the local entrepreneur not only about Turkish fast food, but also about business challenges.
