Europe Direct, which is under the auspices of the European Commission Representation in Cyprus and the Municipality of Larnaca, co-organizes with the European Commission Delegation and the European Parliament Office in Cyprus, respectively, the Youth Festival in the context of the European Youth Year 2022.
The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth participates with the VET Programs for both Morning and Secondary Education.
The event will include information kiosks, live bands, presentations, games by the EE, competitions, etc.
The event focuses on green and digital transition, education and training, public and political participation, personal and professional development.

Youth Festival 2002 - Technical and Vocational Education and Training
Το Europe Direct, το οποίο τελεί υπό την αιγίδα της Αντιπροσωπείας της EE στην Κύπρο και του Δήμου Λάρνακας, συνδιοργανώνουν με την αντιπροσωπεία της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής και το Γραφείο του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου στην Κύπρο αντίστοιχα, φεστιβάλ Νεολαίας στο πλαίσιο του Ευρωπαϊκού Έτους Νεολαίας 2022 στο οποίο συμμετέχει το Υπουργείο Παιδείας, Πολιτισμού, Αθλητισμού και Νεολαίας με τα Προγράμματα Τεχνικής και Επαγγελματικής Εκπαίδευσης και Κατάρτισης τόσο Πρωινής Φοίτησης αλλά και με την τριτοβάθμια.
Η εκδήλωση θα περιλαμβάνει περίπτερα ενημέρωσης, live link με νεανικά συγκροτήματα, παρουσιάσεις, παιχνίδια γνώσεων από την EE, διαγωνισμούς κτλ.
Η εκδήλωση θα επικεντρωθεί στην πράσινη και ψηφιακή μετάβαση, εκπαίδευση και κατάρτιση, στη συμμετοχή στα κοινά και στην πολιτική ζωή, προσωπική και επαγγελματική ανέλιξη.
