This event is open for the NGOs working with Ukrainian refugees as well as for the career guides working with this target group.
The main goal is to explain and offer Europass tools, eg.
Test of digital skills and e-portfolio as a good preparation for entering the labour market, not only for Ukrainians.
Other tools describing education system and VET qualifications of the Czech Republic and EQF will be in place.
Career guidance experience and tools will be part of the program as well.
The theoretical part will be followed by the practical part of this workshop, consultations and exchange of good practice.

Služby pro vstup na trh práce nejen pro Ukrajince
Na programu workshopu pro pracovníky neziskových organizací pracujících s uprchlíky proběhne představení služeb Europassu, které pomáhají připravit osoby na vstup na trh práce, zejm.
test digitálních dovedností, sestavení e-portfolia, dále pomůcky pro orientaci v kvalifikacích a vzdělávacím systému ČR a tipy, jak pracovat s uprchlíky v oblasti kariérového poradenství.
Každou celou hodinu budou probíhat půlhodinové přednášky, na které bude navazovat praktická a diskusní část.
Na místě si tyto služby, které jsou kompletně zdarma, mohou účastníci také vyzkoušet.
Součástí diskusí bude také sdílení dobré praxe.
