Rekreáció zöld környezetben
Egyre fontosabb az egészséges életmód, melynek elengedhetetlen része a rendszeres testmozgás.
Programunkban egy szabad levegőn űzhető mozgásformával ismertetnénk meg a résztvevőket, mely során hatékonyan, ugyanakkor kímélő módon fejleszthető az állóképesség, az izomerő és a mozgáskoordináció.
A Nordic Walking nagyon egyszerű mozgásforma, de nagyon hatékony módja annak, hogyan tartsuk meg erőnlétünket, égessük el felesleges kilóinkat, mindemellett kellemes pillanatokat töltve akár barátainkkal a természetben.
A Nordic Walking-ot egész évben, bármilyen korosztály és gyakorlatilag bárhol űzheti – sík terepen vagy a hegyekben.
A programunk célja e rekreációs mozgásforma bemutatása, elsajátítása, a technika begyakoroltatása.
