Turkish-Hungarian seminar about the confectioner and chef trades and VET

We organize a seminar about the gastronomy VET and trades in Mórahalom.

The participants (teachers and students from Turkey and Hungary) review the actual and relevant question of the VET in Hungarian and in Turkish dimension), they we introduce our best practices and they visited an open lesson and a workshop.

The professional goal of this event is getting to know each other's gastroculture and incorporating specific technologies into the domestic curriculum.
