Description
Mes De La Mujer: Beatriz Oliete, Fundación Laboral De La Construcción, “Las Mujeres Que Trabajan En El Sector Lo Hacen Con Una Mayor Estabilidad Laboral Que El Resto De Ocupadas De Otros Sectores”
This is an interview for a professional and generic public portal, for the promotion of training/training/preparation of women, through vocational training, to enable the incorporation of women in the construction sector.
As in all productive sectors, training is essential for success in the labour market.
In addition, the construction sector needs skilled workers to cope with the building renovation and urban regeneration plans that will be implemented in the coming years and will have to continue until 2050 in order to meet European targets.
