I'm Bugra Uzun. I am a 12th grade student at the Edirne Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Technology. I chose to study at a vocational high school to have a technical profession and start working quickly.
I chose the electrical department because it is a field that is constantly evolving and is the future. Our internship in Berlin for three weeks was the most significant experience I have ever had. Before this, I had never been abroad or even out of Edirne.
Being at airports, getting on a plane, visiting an international city like Berlin with a guide, living in a European city for three weeks, and even learning to read a map were great experiences. The professional benefits are endless.
In addition, a couple things really stood out to me. First of all, job security in Germany, which is a developed country, is given great importance. I realised how critical this is. I also noticed how well division of labour worked, with everyone given tasks in line with their knowledge and abilities. I was very impressed.
