Working in Slovenia was a great opportunity to share vocational training opportunities

carmen_luz_gaona.png

I travelled to Slovenia as part of an Erasmus+ mobility project, and the experience had a positive impact on my career as a VET teacher in the field of Social and Community Services. It helped me to stay up to date with the new methods applied in the field of pre-schools and social integration (e.g. sign language, dogs in class, youth theatre etc.).

During my time in Ljubljana, I met inspiring VET teachers with unique skills and experiences in pre-schools and social integration. I have taken everything I learned with me and started to incorporate it into my work. Working in Slovenia was a great opportunity to share vocational training opportunities, network and to learn from others.
