I completed retraining as an office management assistant, wanting to retrain in the commercial field after my long parental leave. The highlight of my training experience was the success of my small summer party with and by the residents of the nursing home at my second training site.
During vocational training, you work hands-on, and you experience first-hand how the profession ‘works’, which is why I decided against a classic retraining program in favour of dual training.
Currently, I am happy just to work. I had started studying business psychology at the end of 2020 but gave it up due to COVID, home-schooling my kids and all that entailed.
One day, I would like to study again – although probably not to work in the profession, but just for myself. I would choose to do a training again and again!
