My name is Ana. I was born in Moscow on 10 July 2004. I live in a small city in Slovenia called Celje. In a few days, I will finish the educational programme for chefs at the Secondary Vocational School for Gastronomy and Tourism Celje. I am a hardworking, kind and confident person.
I like to help people. My hobbies are: cooking, playing football, listening to music and reading books. My favourite foods are cheesecake and muffins and I can’t wait to bake them again! After a wonderful mobility experience in Dubrovnik, Croatia, I decided to go abroad again.
I attended a practical training in Valencia for three months at Restaurante Orio. I learned how to prepare gazpacho, various tapas, salads and much more. I felt very welcome and accepted by the kitchen team. During my free days, I visited a lot of wonderful places.
I had many opportunities to find out more about the Spanish culture. During my stay, there were a lot of nice events related to cultural traditions. After the mobility experience, I am even more flexible, self-confident and adaptable. I am very proud of myself that I was able to stay away from home for so long.
Don't hesitate – go abroad to enrich your life.
