I am Melisa Kaya. I was undecided about a career. I wanted to work in the healthcare field, but I didn't feel very successful academically. I thought that if I went to an Anatolian High School and followed the university path from there, I would not be successful. I wanted to go to vocational high school and to be a respected employee in the field of health services, where I think I have skills.
Within the scope of a project at our school, we had the opportunity to do a two-week internship abroad. This internship in Germany expanded my viewpoint – I decided to work abroad. My only problem was the foreign language requirement. I went to Ankara for a language course and studied there for a year.
I took the telc exam and passed, giving me the right to work in Germany. The employer in Germany wanted transcripts of the grades from courses we took at school. I got these documents from my school and have now confirmed that I have taken all the courses with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge in this field.
I am very lucky to have come to this school and will continue on my career path in a life helping people.
