After graduating from secondary school, I took the vocational high school entrance exam in 1986 and was accepted at the Sapanca Vocational High School in the Electrical Department. I wanted to earn a vocational diploma quickly and get started with my life.
Thanks to my high school education and my personal effort, I scored well on the university entrance exam and won a position in the Department of Electrical Education, Faculty of Technical Education at Marmara University, one of the two departments of education in our country at that time.
Studying in one of the most popular universities in Istanbul was a point of honour and pride for me, my family and my teachers. I didn’t have much difficulty at the university, due to my strong vocational and practical skills. After graduating from Marmara University in 1994, I was appointed as an electrical teacher in Adana.
In 1999, after working there for five years, I was assigned to Sapanca Vocational High School from which I had graduated. I continue to train young people, to whom we will entrust our future, and I teach them about their chosen profession with pleasure.
I love my job and I will continue to contribute to the education and training of our youth as long as my health allows.
