Changemakers in education, P-TECH Czech Republic

P-TECH is an IBM educational program for high schools and it is a powerful demonstration of public-private partnership. Thanks to this, students have real project experience in school with P-TECH teachers, industry and college partners. Working with diverse group of people, from students, teachers, schools directors, industry partners to government bodies and business professionals bring challenges into our everyday work. We managed to get on board 4 new P-TECH high schools and 4 new industry partners. We are developing positive relationships with all the stakeholders. We are changemakers in education! We are searching for ways how to do it instead of trying to prove that it cannot be done. We are sharing our best practices with governments on national and EU level. We closely cooperate with our industry partners, who also shared their VET stories in regards to P-TECH as well as their own experience. All of us are working towards one common goal which is to have skilled students and future employees who will be able to orientate in diverse and fast changing job market.
