I took part in a vacational training in 2018/2019 together with a group of students through the EuroApprentice. I worked for a reals estate company in Worcester.During the training we had the opportunity to work in multiple departments,which were not necessarily related to our professional field. We learned new perspectives and ways of working. Besides that, we made lots of new friends and spent amazing months in a new and different culture.
I can say that this experience was essential for each of us. I discovered that going abroad is a good way to learn more about oneself and find out about your strengths and weakness. I will liked to motivate other trainees to pursue training experiences abroad.
