Kėdainiai Vocational Training Centre is implementing the Erasmus + mobility project “International experience – vocational training quality assurance”. During this project, vocational training specialists share innovative vocational training experience with students and teachers of foreign vocational educational institutions. Teaching assignment visits are attended by teachers with international experience, who are constantly looking for ways to improve their competencies and organize cross-school learning. Teachers of builder, car mechanic, waiter and bartender, entrepreneurship and economics, vocational foreign language teach vocational training and integrated foreign language in vocational schools in Turkey, Estonia and Spain. In preparation for the teaching assignment visit, teachers improve their language and professional competencies, try to select such materials and methods that they are informative, innovative, and encourage students to learn. Educators who take part in teaching visits self-assess their competencies, encourage students to study, participate in placements abroad and discover joint initiatives together through their personal example.
