The training aims to equip trainees with the specific technical knowledge to fulfill the functions arising from the mission of the Firefighters' Regiment; Provide trainees with operational cognitive tools that allow them to perform effectively and efficiently the tasks assigned to them within the scope of the professional firefighter category; Promoting ethical principles and behavioral codes in trainees that guarantee an effective and efficient performance of the statutorily assigned functions; Develop skills through training, organizational experience and professional experience to optimize your performance.
Activities such as basic techniques, firefighting, human resources and public relations, administrative culture, command, assistance to people, physical education, united order and protocol are essential for the fulfillment of the training objectives.
Training in a work context presupposes the integration in shifts in the different subunits, with a schedule defined in accordance with the labor legislation of the specificity of the professional firefighter's career.
