The event is part of the activities of EQVEGAN (www.eqvegan.eu), which is an Erasmus+ Sector Skills Alliance project.
The aim of the EQVEGAN project is to develop training to support the changes in the food industry, and in particular to adapt to the accelerated change towards the production of vegan products.

This training consists of modules of new Plant-based Processing, Soft Skills, Green Skills, Digital and Automation Skills, in EQF levels 4 to 7.
It is a pilot training of the trainers who will organise training activities in Croatia, Finland, France, Malta, Poland, Turkey and Portugal.
