In the workshops of the Food and Beverage Services field in our school, we make use of the wastes of the vegetables used in the applied lessons and obtain new products.

We obtain vegetable fondue that can be used in soups, rice, pasta, sauces and main courses from waste vegetable peels, stems, leaves and fibers.

Our general aim is to prepare products with zero waste and to contribute to a healthy nutrition chain.
